TBC Corporation seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure SOP compliance while partnering with site leadership to improve processes. The role drives KPI attainment and safe, efficient distribution.

The position requires managing shipping and receiving, inventory control, and route management with a focus on asset protection and team safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent distribution/transportation experience.
• Proven management experience with leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service orientation and proactive teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory control, routing.
• Ensure accurate picking, receiving, put away, loading shipments, and returns; enforce SOPs.
• Lead daily team safety meetings and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Protect company assets including inventory, equipment, and facilities; maintain equipment and vehicles.
