Job summary

The Distribution Center Supervisor role in Lansdale drives operational excellence, overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring SOP compliance, and leading a safety-focused team to meet KPIs.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of distribution experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in ERP/routing software, with a flexible schedule to support night and weekend
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant distribution/operations experience.
- Proven leadership and time-management skills; able to manage teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and routing.
- Lead safety meetings and inspections; enforce SOPs and protect assets.
- Coordinate routes and supervise loading/unloading to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
- Monitor KPIs and partner with leadership to implement process improvements.
