Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational ability; strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP exposure helpful.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology; ability to drive changes in a dynamic environment.
• Safety minded, capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution center operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure SOPs are applied to achieve performance indicators.
• Protect company assets: inventory, equipment, and facilities; maintain safety.
• Manage labor and costs to align with annual plans; report KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet SLAs and improve service levels.
• Lead HR activities: hiring, training, performance management and succession.
