Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center to operate efficiently, safely, and productively. You will oversee hiring, evaluation, development, discipline and termination of hourly associates.

This role has responsibility for 20 to 30 hourly associates. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive process adherence, coaching, and planning to meet business goals, while ensuring accurate merchandise handling and strong
