Fanatics is seeking an Operations Lead, Distribution in Easton, PA to supervise frontline distribution center operations, overseeing up to 25 associates across picking, transfers, and work order processing while upholding productivity, accuracy, and safety.

The role partners with HR and senior operations leadership to staff, train, and align staffing to peak demand, driving continuous improvement with data, automation, and Lean/Six Sigma principles to enhance performance and fan satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience leading teams in a distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence peers and leaders.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline distribution center operations, overseeing up to 25 employees across picking, transfers, and work order processing.
• Partner with HR and senior operations leadership to staff, train, and align staffing with peak demand.
• Drive continuous process improvements using data, automation, and Lean/SixSigma practices.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment to support omnichannel fan experiences.
• Oversee administrative tasks and reporting relevant to shift operations.
