Job summary

ArchPoint Group seeks a Distribution Operations Manager to lead the distribution center floor, optimize space, and ensure lean operations. You will supervise staff, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with leadership on budgeting and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include planning labor, maintaining inventory accuracy in ERP, and upholding OSHA and FDA standards while fostering cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in distribution centers or warehousing.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of DC floor employees and coordination with team leads.
• Maintain lean operations and space utilization; meet customer expectations.
• Manage performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
• Plan labor to maximize efficiency and minimize temp labor.
• Ensure safety, OSHA, and FDA standards are followed.
• Oversee inventory controls, data integrity, and ERP reporting.
• Coordinate with DC Manager and HR on staffing and coaching.
• Support budget planning and monitor expenditures.
