Qualifications

• 5+ years of Distribution or Warehouse management experience.
• Ability to translate data into operational plans and actions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent written and oral communication across organization levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑department operations in distribution to achieve peak performance.
• Direct effort of Managers, Supervisors, and athletes with mentorship and staffing strategy.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and service levels.
• Forecast staffing for peak periods and optimize scheduling to maximize throughput.
• Leverage data, AI-enabled insights, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities.
