Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of distribution or warehouse management experience in a high-volume environment.
• 3–5 years at Fanatics tenure with familiarity of internal operations and systems.
• Strong computer proficiency including Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Internet, Mainframe, FMS and DMS.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actions.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for peak demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–10 Supervisors and up to 350 athletes to achieve targets.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and capacity to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Model ownership and drive fan-focused service within financial constraints.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and profitability.
• Monitor productivity metrics and report insights to senior leadership.
