The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person hourly team in our Hatfield, PA distribution center. Responsible for safety, productivity, and accurate merchandise handling while directing hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.

You'll drive inventory accuracy, coach associates, and coordinate staffing to meet business goals. Strong leadership and experience with warehouse systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• 45% Managing Process: Ensures operations procedures are followed and recommends changes to improve processes.
• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: Trains, coaches, and evaluates hourly associates and handles hiring and discipline.
• 15% Drives Results: Maintains inventory accuracy and analyzes key metrics for improvement.
• 15% Business Planning: Plans staffing and production to meet business targets and reduce irregularities.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.
