Job summary

Beyondlosangeles is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee multiple departments including pick, shipping, receiving, returns, and replenishment. You will guide warehouse associates, drive safety, and ensure productivity and quality across teams.

The role requires 5+ years in distribution and at least 2 years in a leadership/mentorship capacity, with a focus on continuous improvement and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple warehouse departments (case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, replenishment).
• Provide direction and motivate warehouse associates while upholding safety, productivity and quality.
• Monitor productivity and balance workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provide training, tools, and equipment to ensure tasks are done safely and efficiently.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated issues and ensure smooth warehousing operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Ensure proper paperwork and productivity reports are completed.
