Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and optimize distribution center operations in a fast-paced environment. You will develop goals, hire and develop staff, and ensure accurate merchandise handling while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will oversee 20 to 30 hourly associates, drive process improvements, coach staff, and manage planning to align with the business plan. Overnight travel is expected less than 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach hourly associates; hire, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure safe, productive operations and adherence to processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive key metrics improvement.
• Coordinate staffing and planning to meet business needs.
• Handle additional duties as directed by Operations Manager or GM.
