Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center’s performance. You will manage 20 to 30 hourly associates, hire and develop staff, and ensure safe, efficient merchandise handling while hitting productivity targets.

You will be responsible for coaching, training, evaluations, and ensuring process adherence. The role requires shift flexibility and may involve travel as needed within the DC network.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts; ability to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise 20–30 hourly associates in the distribution center.
• Coach and develop associates; conduct evaluations and address performance.
• Ensure adherence to operations procedures and drive improvements in productivity and safety.
• Plan staffing and monitor metrics to meet business targets and budgets.
