Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team responsible for safe, accurate and efficient merchandise handling in our distribution center. You will hire, coach and evaluate 20 to 30 associates and partner with operations leadership to meet daily goals.

You will drive process improvements, monitor key metrics and plan staffing to align with the business plan, ensuring productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
