FreshDirect LLC seeks a Human Resources Manager – Distribution to partner with distribution center leadership across assigned regions. The role drives HR practices, ensures compliance with employment laws, and helps build a skilled, engaged workforce in our warehouse environments.

You will lead HR strategies, support recruitment and development, manage associate relations, and coordinate staffing, performance, and succession activities with VP HR and DC leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience focused on talent management and employee relations.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience supporting HR in large-scale warehouse environments.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR resource for DC leaders and associates.
• Implement HR strategies at the distribution center level, promoting teamwork and a positive workplace.
• Partner with DC HR Managers to ensure consistency in strategies and processes.
• Investigate and track associate relations issues; recommend actions with leadership.
• Support recruitment, development, and retention of a highly effective workforce.
• Partner with DC leadership to meet staffing goals.
• Identify associate training needs and address them with leadership and VP HR.
• Support succession planning and internal career paths.
