The Home Depot is seeking an HR leader for the Distribution Center to drive talent acquisition, development, and associate engagement. You will partner with DC and regional leadership to deliver HR programs, ensure lawful practices, and maintain strong employee relations across the DC.

You will oversee staffing, training, investigations, and program delivery while aligning with company values and business objectives. Overnight travel is possible.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, wage & hour, ADA, FMLA) and HR policies.

Mansioni

• Lead talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations, development and engagement for the Distribution Center.
• Ensure HR initiatives are executed timely and with high quality within the DC, partnering with DC leadership.
• Protect and maintain direct employer/associate relationships and educate related issues and law.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and HR review processes.
• Collaborate with RHRM and peers on projects and supply chain support.
