Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to partner with Distribution and Receive Centers across our network. You will maintain employee records, support orientation, compensation/benefits, payroll, and regulatory compliance while coordinating cyclical processes and new initiatives.

You will collaborate with Field and HQ teams, ensuring timely training, accurate records, and responsive guidance to leaders and team members as they navigate organizational change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, O365.
• Strong customer service and ability to communicate with all levels.
