Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking an Human Resources Supervisor to act as the on-site HR partner for the Distribution Center. You will support employee relations, performance management, staffing, onboarding, benefits, and compliance, partnering with Operations and Corporate HR to drive a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume operations.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance matters.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Distribution Center and on-site employees.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, staffing, onboarding, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Support payroll, leave administration, and workers’ compensation in partnership with Corporate HR.
• Coordinate training, development, and workforce planning for peak operations.
• Monitor workforce metrics and contribute to retention and engagement initiatives.
