Qualifications

  • HR experience required.
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with employee relations and investigations strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support within the distribution center environment.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, policy violations, and workplace concerns.
  • Support leadership with coaching, documentation, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct and assist with investigations involving harassment, workplace behavior, and employee complaints.
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and organizational processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with operations leadership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices.

Position Summary The Distribution Center HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting a fast-paced warehouse operation by partnering closely with leadership and employees across the facility. This role requires a highly organized, resilient, and people-focused HR professional who can thrive under pressure, handle sensitive employee relations matters, and maintain professionalism in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, active listener, and capable of managing difficult conversations and investigations while supporting operational goals and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
