GameChange Energy is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Distributed Generation division to drive North America market penetration. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline for 1–20 MW projects and developing partnerships with EPCs, developers, and project owners, while tracking market dynamics and maintaining CRM records.

The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, business, or related fields and proven solar sales experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in distributed solar sales with a proven track record preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering, finance and marketing.
• Self-directed, resourceful, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain sales pipeline of distributed generation projects (1 MW - 20 MW).
• Target commercial/industrial customers and community solar developers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with regional EPCs, developers, and project owners.
• Track market activities, competitors, and strategic positioning.
• Develop detailed customer personas and market penetration strategies.
• Manage opportunities in the CRM system.
