Qualifications

• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or field service settings.
• Excellent forecasting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to manage full system installations from planning to execution.
• Experience with pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, and liquid flow systems preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, organization, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispensing equipment installations from planning through implementation.
• Develop and coach dispensing systems technicians through scheduling and performance leadership.
• Forecast staffing, equipment, and operational needs based on demand and project pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
• Oversee system performance, troubleshooting, installation efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing technical training programs.
• Ensure accurate reporting of purchasing, installations, maintenance, inventory, and service activities.
• Travel up to 25% annually; maintain safety and professionalism in active environments.
