Job summary

Master Builders Solutions in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to support dispenser equipment installation, operation, maintenance and quality control within our safety guidelines. This role monitors equipment, performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates repairs while traveling regionally (approximately 30% of the time) and occasionally overnight.

Candidates should have electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude and at least a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required; AC/DC and pneumatic equipment preferred.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Certification in forklift, Manlift with articulating boom, scissor lift, and working at heights preferred; certification when directed.
• Must be able to wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
• Driving required; regional travel and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance, operation and quality control of dispenser equipment.
• Monitor dispenser equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and determine when service is needed.
• Troubleshoot errors and identify resolutions.
• Travel regionally and occasionally overnight as required.
