Job summary

Foresight Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Chemical Delivery Design Manager to lead the development, design, quoting, and execution of complex chemical and fluid-delivery systems for semiconductor manufacturing environments. This role demands deep process equipment expertise and strong engineering leadership.

The successful candidate will build scalable design libraries and automation tools, mentor a team of 5+ engineers, and drive project execution from concept through commissioning

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in equipment engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience designing chemical and fluid process equipment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D modeling software.
• Experience quoting large assemblies and complex equipment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Equipment Engineering team in the design, development, and execution of chemical and fluid-delivery systems.
• Provide technical oversight for complex assemblies including CDUs, fluid delivery, valve boxes, and process equipment.
• Develop and improve engineering standards and scalable processes.
• Support quoting, estimating, and job costing activities.
• Mentor 5+ engineers and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
