Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a dedicated technician to service and maintain dispenser equipment in customer sites across the region. You will monitor equipment performance, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience, strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, and the ability to drive and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required; equipment experience preferred.
• Must be able to wear fall protection gear for extended periods.
• Certification in forklift, Manlift, scissor lift preferred; can be earned on site.
• Must be able to drive regionally and travel overnight if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide service for installation, maintenance, operation and QA of dispenser equipment within safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes; implement resolutions.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required throughout the region.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold company standards.
