Job summary

Denver Beverage is seeking a Field Service Manager - Chemical Division to lead a four-person team servicing warewash, laundry and chemical dispensing customers. You will mentor technicians, support Restaurant, Healthcare and Hospitality Sales Managers on large opportunities, manage distributor relationships and oversee PM, scheduling and parts management.

The role focuses on technical leadership, field support, and driving customer satisfaction across multi-location accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial warewash, laundry, institutional chemical systems or a related field-service environment.
• Hands-on leadership experience with coaching and development of technicians.
• Strong scheduling, customer communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach four technicians through development plans, ride-alongs and hands-on training.
• Set competency standards for warewash/laundry equipment, chemical dispensing, diagnostics and PM.
• Build selling skills and refer opportunities to Sales Manager.
• Schedule technician coverage for PM, service calls, emergencies, installations and account conversions.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally.
