Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. seeks a Technical Services Representative to be the primary technical contact for customers in the assigned territory, building trusted relationships and sustaining sales revenue.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher (Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred) and/or 5+ years in the concrete products market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as a strong technical resource for customers and industry associations.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales within accounts and territory.
• Install, maintain, and repair ACM dispensing systems at customer locations.
• Conduct classroom-style training on concrete technology.
• Report market trends and competitor intelligence to ACM.
• Represent ACM at local and national trade associations.
• Support R&D initiatives and participate in tradeshows.
• Submit weekly site visit tracking reports.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes on customer interactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols during plant visits.
