Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Representative to serve as the primary technical and service contact for customers in an assigned territory.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver exceptional support, maintain sales revenue, and identify opportunities to grow business by promoting ACM products that enhance performance and production of customer materials. The role requires extensive weekly travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; 5+ years in the concrete products market.
• Strong technical service and account management experience.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with conflict management.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM tools experience a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as a strong technical resource for customers and associations.
• Build relationships with customers and allied vendors.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue within accounts and territories.
• Install, maintain, and repair ACM dispensing systems at customer locations.
• Conduct classroom-style training on concrete technology.
• Report market trends and competitive intelligence to ACM.
• Submit weekly site visit tracking reports and maintain CRM notes.
