Job summary

Vireo Health in Maryland is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team, ensure exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations. You will mentor staff, manage cash and POS, and uphold Maryland regulations.

We value 21+ year olds with 1+ year of retail leadership, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and strong communication and teamwork. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Meet timeliness consistently in fast paced environment and be able to effectively work under pressure.
• Pass all required background checks.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
• Requires open availability working days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team and oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor staff and support onboarding.
• Assist with cash handling, drawer accuracy, and POS use.
• Drive sales through upselling and customer engagement.
• Open and close the store and maintain security.
