Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor I to lead the frontline team, ensure exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations. This role involves mentorship, coaching, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will drive sales, coach staff, uphold compliance with Maryland regulations, and ensure smooth cash handling and inventory processes on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Meet timeliness consistently in fast paced environment and be able to effectively work under pressure.
• Open to constructive, developmental feedback.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of higher leadership.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and coach staff.
• Drive sales through upselling and promoting current promos.
• Maintain front-of-house shelves and assist with product intake and inventory.
