Job summary

Nature's Grace and Wellness, LLC is seeking a Dispensary Lead to oversee daily operations, transactions, and staff performance at our Illinois location. The role reports to the Dispensary Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.

The Lead will train staff, reinforce SOPs, and act as the central liaison for the team and management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years cannabis retail experience
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background check
• Must possess a valid license or state ID
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with security, inventory, and local/state regulations

Responsibilities

• Report directly to assistant manager or manager
• Serve as main contact for the team
• Ensure team follows SOPs and company policies
• Train employees and create a welcoming environment
• Maintain dispensary compliance with security and regulations
• Inspire staff to deliver superior customer service
• Communicate regularly with management on performance
• Address HR issues through the assistant manager
• Oversee daily operations and transactions
