Job summary

Standard Wellness in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Lead Associate to supervise Dispensary staff and guide customers in selecting medical cannabis products, providing education and ensuring compliant operations.

You will handle daily tasks, transactions, patient check-in, and stay compliant with HIPAA, Metrc, OARRS, and Ohio cannabis regulations, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass all background check requirements and obtain licensing as per Division of Cannabis Control.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Dispensary staff in daily operations.
• Provide education to patients on product types, uses and dosage.
• Assist patients in person and by phone with inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure accurate transaction reporting to Metrc and OARRS.
• Verify patient eligibility and dosing per doctors notes.
• Maintain labeling and compliance with Ohio laws.
