Job summary

Farmaceuticalrx Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to supervise daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with staff scheduling, direct team activities, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance and accurate cash handling.

The role supports the GM/AGM in maintaining high standards, coaching Dispensary Associates, and delivering a seamless patient experience from intake to checkout.

Qualifications

• 5+ leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or dispensary environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient experience.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and process payments.
• Experience scheduling staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispensary operations in the absence of the GM/AGM while maintaining high service standards.
• Greet customers, verify identity, explain promotions and assist with product education.
• Process orders using POS tools, scanners, and inventory systems; ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training of Dispensary Associates.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and secure operations and support cash reconciliation.
