Qualifications

• 1+ years of cannabis retail experience required.
• Lead or management experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must possess a valid license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and transactions in the dispensary.
• Be the main point of contact for the team and communicate with the manager.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Address HR/personnel issues through the assistant manager.
• Ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Train and inspire staff to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment for staff and customers.
