Qualifications

• Lead or management experience preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of cannabis retail experience required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid license or state ID.
• Must be available to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and transactions.
• Act as main contact for team and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Update management on issues needing immediate attention.
