Job summary

FarmaceuticalRx in Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to help manage daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support staff scheduling, supervise Dispensary Associates, and assist the GM/ AGM in their absence while ensuring compliance and smooth patient flow.

You will handle transactions with scanners and systems, verify IDs, educate customers on products, assist with inventory, cash handling, and uphold security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exemplary customer service skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Proficiency with technology and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identity, and assist with product education.
• Process orders using scanners and systems; ensure accurate logging.
• Package products in compliance with state regulations and standards.
• Accept payments securely and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Open/close the dispensary; schedule staff and coach associates.
• Support inventory counts and assist Inventory Control as needed.
