Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and transactions under supervision of the Dispensary Manager.
• Serve as main point of contact for the team and ensure adherence to SOPs and policies.
• Train employees and create a welcoming environment for staff and customers.
• Address issues promptly with management and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff performance and ensure high levels of customer service and safety.
• Communicate regularly with management to maintain service excellence.
