Green Thumb in Florida is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through key functions supporting operations, experience, and people, while learning to become Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred
Inventory control experience preferred
Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs
Must pass any and all required background checks.
Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

Oversee dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
Lead team in executing programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
Demonstrate proper cash handling and payments processing; oversee staff execution.
Coordinate onboarding and training of new team members; provide coaching and feedback.
Schedule shifts and ensure adequate sales floor coverage.
