Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team, drive results, ensure compliance, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will oversee operations from inventory to safety and coaching, building a culture focused on growth and social impact.

You will steward retailer performance, leverage data to optimize outcomes, and partner with the community to advance GTI’s mission in our markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• Experience leading a retail or dispensary team preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable team behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs, promotions, and regional in-store initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance; maintain cash handling protocols.
• Coach leaders to deliver memorable customer experiences and ensure proper leadership coverage (LOD).
• Develop talent, manage scheduling and staffing to meet labor goals, and foster a high-performing culture.
