Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for the RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team in delivering superior customer experiences and compliant operations. You will oversee customer journeys, inventory, safety and team development, acting as an ambassador for community impact and social responsibility.

You will coach leaders and staff, drive revenue through programs, and ensure seamless omni-channel experiences across in-store and curbside services, while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through effective programs, initiatives, and regionalized promotions.
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
