Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and deliver memorable consumer experiences. You will oversee customer journey, inventory operations, safety and compliance, and team member development while driving results and community impact.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and cross-channel service excellence in a regulated cannabis environment. Strong leadership and scheduling across shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispensary operations ensuring compliance and safety.
• Drive revenue through in-store promotions and omni-channel experiences.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and Seed to Sale processes.
• Coach and develop Leaders and Team Members to high performance.
• Engage with the local community and represent GTI.
