Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred; inventory control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations, ensuring security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs, promotions, and regionalized in-store initiatives.
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify improvements.
