Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a General Manager for the RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will oversee operations, inventory, safety and team member development with a focus on results.

You will supervise Leaders and Team Members, schedule Leaders on Duty, and drive revenue through a seamless in-store and delivery experience, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks.
• Driver's license or state ID valid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations compliant with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit via programs and regional in-store promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
