Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, visual merchandising, cash and inventory management, and compliance adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, fast-paced decision making, and a focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, drive revenue with thoughtful scheduling, and maintain BEYOND / HELLO’s mission and culture while

Qualifications

• Five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling.

• Hire and develop a passionate cannabis service team.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Train staff using updated materials and sessions.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and compliance procedures.
