Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Taunton, MA is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance to ensure the best possible patient experience.

You will hire and develop a passionate team, mentor through training and performance reviews, manage vendor relationships, and maintain BEYOND/HELLO standards while driving revenue and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with retail POS systems and credit card processing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Train staff by reviewing and delivering training sessions and materials.
• Follow policies and procedures for customer service, inventory, cash handling and compliance.
• Maintain store scheduling to drive revenue while controlling overhead costs.
• Oversee inventory audits and End of Month reconciliations.
