Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, manage staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, cash handling, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

This role reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and focuses on delivering a premier patient experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to develop a high-performing team while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive understanding of cannabis and products.
• Present a professional image in appearance and conduct.
• Ensure accuracy with cash handling.
• Abide by city and state regulations at all times.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct End of Month counts and reconciliations.
• Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with store scheduling and daily tasks.
• Lead by example with service, pace, and energy.
• Mentor and train team to uphold company culture and standards.
