Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Dispensary General Manager to run day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, merchandising, cash and inventory control, and compliance. Interact with patients to deliver a positive experience while upholding state regulations and company standards.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and a capability to train and mentor staff while optimizing store performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, or customer-service experience.
• Strong math skills and high-volume cash handling.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and the service they provide.
• Lead by example through service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Train store staff and implement training materials.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue while controlling overhead costs.
• Ensure a positive culture and best patient experience.
