Jushi Holdings Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to supervise daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, cash handling, inventory control, and strict regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to foster a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and mentor staff, drive store performance, cultivate vendor relationships, and uphold BEYOND / HELLO’s culture of positivity

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff-management skills with experience in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable with cash handling, numeracy and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example to model service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Coach staff through training, performance reviews, and culture alignment.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory control, cash handling and compliance.
• Develop vendor relationships and maintain inventory levels.
• Guide patients on product selection, dosing, and consumption methods.
• Ensure a clean, compliant store and a positive patient experience.
