Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager in Massachusetts to lead day-to-day retail operations, staff management, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.

This role focuses on delivering an outstanding patient experience and maintaining a positive culture aligned with Jushi’s mission. You will hire and train staff, manage performance, optimize scheduling and inventory, and ensure adherence to state regulations while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum five years combined dispensary or retail experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, cash, and compliance.
• Comfort with high-volume cash handling.
