Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Dispensary General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the retail level, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management and inventory control.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment, and the ability to interact with patients to ensure an excellent experience. Onsite role with a focus on team culture and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Train staff by reviewing materials and delivering training sessions.
• Follow policies and execute company programs for customer service, staff management, and compliance.
• Maintain store scheduling to drive revenue and control costs.
• Oversee inventory reconciliations and vendor relationships.
