Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Dispensary General Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, merchandising, cash and inventory control, and compliance. Lead the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience while upholding company culture.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced setting, with responsibility for end-to-end store performance and regulatory adherence. Excellent communication and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• 5+ years of supervisor or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and culture of positivity.
• Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the team through training and performance reviews.
• Train store staff by reviewing and implementing training materials and delivering sessions.
• Follow policies and procedures and execute company programs for customer service, staff management, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
