Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager in Cincinnati to oversee daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash/inventory control, and compliance.

You will lead by example, maintain a positive culture, and ensure the best patient experience. The role requires 5+ years in dispensary/retail/hospitality, strong leadership, cash handling, and excellent technical skills.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable handling cash and high-volume transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, dedication, pace, positivity and energy.
• Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and positive culture.
• Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the team through trainings and reviews.
• Train store staff by updating training materials and delivering sessions.
• Follow policies and execute programs for customer service, staff, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to support company growth.
• Maintain store scheduling to drive revenue and control costs.
• Perform daily inventory audits and record sales data accurately.
• Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage inventory levels.
• Guide cannabis recommendations including product selection, dosing, and administration.
• Handle concerns diplomatically and coordinate with Regional Manager and teams.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis forms, effects, dosing, and quality metrics.
• Present a professional image in appearance and conduct.
• Abide by city and state regulations at all times.
• Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain records.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Dispensary Regional Manager.
